To do this, you just have to follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Let the cover dry.

So that in this way, it is much easier to manipulate them.

  • Step 2: Wrap.

You can wrap the cake pops with plastic film or use pallet bags.

If the coverage takes time to dry or is delicate, it is advisable to bring bags for oversized pallets, open them well and prevent them from touching the cake pops.

  • Step 3: Store in an airtight container.

It can be plastic or glass. If the cover of the cake pops is dry, you can lay them down in the container, but they should not be placed on top of each other.

If cake pops have soft coverage, then it is advisable to use a container where they can be vertical. If you don’t have one, you can improvise.

With a square piece of polystyrene, which serves as the base for the cake pops, you should place rods that are longer than the pallets in each corner and lined with plastic film.

If your airtight container is big, place the polystyrene as a base and insert the cake pops.
